• We use anonymous, aggregate analytics to understand how many people watch and which pages are popular — not to identify you personally.

The Services are built for viewing, not for submitting personal information. We do not require accounts, logins, or registration. Information collected automatically (analytics)

Like most websites and streaming apps, our Services and our trusted analytics providers automatically collect limited technical information to help us understand usage and improve the experience. This may include general device or browser type, approximate region, pages or streams viewed, and the date and time of access. We use this information in aggregate and anonymous form. We do not use it to build a personal profile of you or to identify you individually.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Any information collected through the Services is used by Eagles on the Air and Fort Bend Christian Academy. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the Services — for example, our website host, streaming provider, and analytics provider — and only so they can perform their work on our behalf. We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our students, our school, our viewers, or the public.

Advertising

The Services do not currently display advertising. If that changes in the future, we will update this Policy before advertising begins, and we will describe what any advertising partners collect and how you can exercise any available choices. We will not introduce advertising that identifies individual minors.

Children's Privacy

We take children's privacy seriously. The Services are intended as a general-audience viewing platform for the school community. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not require anyone — including children — to provide personal information to watch.

Students appear in our broadcasts as participants in school-sanctioned athletic and school events, consistent with Fort Bend Christian Academy's own policies and consent practices for student participation and media. Questions from parents or guardians about a student's appearance in a broadcast or archive — including requests regarding a specific recording — should be directed to us using the contact information below, and we will work with the school to respond.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

• Cookies: control or disable them through your browser settings.
• Push notifications: turn them on or off in your device settings or within the iOS app.
• Analytics: many browsers and devices offer "Do Not Track," ad-tracking limits, or similar controls that you may use.
